Our mission is to bring all the proven benefits of mindfulness training to young children in a fun, engaging audio story format. Our Creative Mind Journeys mix music, sound fx and incredible voice talent to deliver both long and short form stories that double as guided practices! Each story addresses a different challenge or opportunity, and helps kids develop strengthened aptitudes for an underlying psycho-social-emotional skill.

This way, kids can become big-hearted mental ninjas, serene floating tortoise shells and resilient wave-riding dudes… and go on to lead the best lives they can.

Kids, parents and educators can choose stories from 8 cool categories: Mind Ninja (focus), Gym ofAwesome (mastery), Energy Explorer (vitality), Happiness Hero (optimism), Love Machine (kindness), Sleep Zone (calm), Weird & Wonky (inspiration) and Imagination Doctor (mind-body healing). 

Try listening to each Creative Mind Journey with your kids the first time, so you can discuss how they feel before and afterwards. Don’t be surprised if your kids start to ask for these stories on their own. When having this much fun makes you feel this good and strong inside, who wouldn’t want more?
