As we hunker down with our kids during this unusually long time period - where close quarters, loss, change and the stress of the unknown remain constants - why not give them some new, easy ways to self-regulate?

Enter Level 1 Ninja Training! Designed especially for kids aged 6-10.

This journey helps build: anxiety relief, inner calm, focus, and self-control.

As creator and leading mindfulness expert Jeff Warren notes during this accessible, sensitive, introductory Creative Mind Journey:

Ninjas move really, really smoothly… and really quietly. It’s pretty good being a Ninja. They can see all kinds of things. They’re very relaxed. They see what’s happening. And also inside they feel very calm. They’re pretty happy. Ninjas are happy….. Ok, the first thing you do… is you start to SLOW DOWN your breathing…

INVITATION - WORK THIS 5 MINUTE JOURNEY INTO FRIDAY’S HOMESCHOOLING DAY:

We invite you to clear some quiet space (free from distractions/headphones ideal), and line up this remarkable 5 minute audio journey up for Friday’s home-school curriculum. You’ll introduce kids to their strong, calm inner Ninjas, and watch them learn to notice, breathe and focus on their thoughts and actions more clearly and with better self-control.

Rinse & repeat - Check out what your kids know, understand and retain after only ONE listening exposure, and then have them teach their new skills to you!
