Sometimes our worries get stuck, and its like they are racing around and around in our heads like crazy chickens and we don't know how to get these worry chickens out! In this adventure, we get creative, and send our worries down into our magic drawing fingers, and then all the way onto the floor. Then we go "OH YEAH" as we peel each worry up like a dirty sock - or maybe a banana peel - and drop them one by one into a special Worry Box. And then we go on more adventures in our imagination, because imagination is the best.  Eventually we give all our worries to the Worry Master, who loves worries and likes to safe-keep them. A really fun way to feel better.

Do you ever get so worried about stuff that you became a freakout worry freakazoid? I know I do. When this happens, one cool trick is to use our imaginations and climb into a big puffy space suit and then float up to the ceiling and into the sky. When we get space like this, our worries get less strong. We can see how everyone else also has worries and feels different emotions. Our worries become a way for us to feel more connected to people, and that feels really nice. When this happens, our worries may actually begin to shrink. We feel more room inside and can open our arms W-I-D-E, W-I-D-E, W-I-D-E! Try it out!

Well I can tell you that some days going to school can really SUCK. It can be STRESSFUL - making us tired, sad, mad and even plain lonely. Lots of hard things can happen: for example, maybe you haven't finished your homework and you're worried about what your teacher might say. Or maybe there's a kid at school who's not letting you play. Well, FORTUNATELY, in this track, we explore the wonderful possibility that each of us has our own magical ball of answers that we can listen to when we need to figure out our own problems. Sometimes life can be really FRUSTRATING and it can seem like our FEELINGS are taking over - like, for example, when your sister steals (yes - steals!) your favourite t-shirt and won't give it back no matter what you say. Or, when you're at the grocery store helping with the shopping and you ask your mom or dad to buy a food treat for you, and they just say a flat-out 'No' without even listening to you.
